Returned Parcels Policy

If you live outside the UK, your order may be subject to additional customs tax or fees upon arrival in your country depending on local laws and regulations. You are responsible for paying these fees. Each country is different, but you will usually either receive a note through your door, an email, or a text message letting you know that you owe customs tax. Please research these fees and how you will be notified before placing an order.

If you do not pay these taxes/fees or the address you provided was incorrect, your order may be returned to us. We will immediately refund all returned orders minus shipping costs. Quindrie Press is a small one-person business so we will not be able to resend your order free of charge, but you may re-buy your order if you wish.

We recommend buying tracked shipping so you can keep an eye on your order and contact your local post office if you see that your parcel is in customs but haven’t received a notice of owed tax. Quindrie Press is ultimately not responsible for your order once it has been handed over to the post office, so please make sure you fill out all necessary the contact information and understand how to receive your parcel.
